Web application shows a blank page

In cases where trying to access the Sisense website shows a blank page:

(url and favicon are loading but the page itself doesn't)

You may see in the Network tab of the developers tools an error 500 on public settings or any other item.

You should check the default.yaml file and see that the structure is valid, yaml stucture is very sensetive and it can be invalid even if it's only missing a space!

you can use an online yaml validator to make sure it's valid.

If this doesn't help, then this might be a credentials user issue. Setting the Application pool identity to a system user should resolve it.
