Dashboard Reporting Error email
AnsweredWhen I send a report copy to myself I get a Dashboard Reporting Error email. However I can view the dashboard just fine, and I can export it to a PDF just fine.

I'll open a support ticket for you, so that our team can look into this.

Hi Paul,
try disabling plugins and then re-sending the report. Also verify two more things:
1. That you have completely enabled/disabled SSL
2. If you use re-branding that e-mails are set properly.

Hi Paul,
We are aware of some issues in 6.7 related to email reporting functionality. It only occurs when putting the widgets in the email itself. PDF attachments are not affected. It has been reviewed by our developers and will be resolved in Sisense 7.0.
Thanks,

Hello,
I am having this exact same issue and I am on Sisense 7.1.0.10051.
Please let me know if there has been any updates to fix this. I have tried Michael's tips above which did not help.

Just had this error in 7.2 by coincidence. Figured it out though, so here are a couple other suggestions:
- check the error logs here: %ProgramData%\Sisense\application-logs\galaxy
- check the scripts applied to the dashboards and widgets (my problem was a special character in one of them)

Hi all,
7.0.1.10061 here and above solutions haven't worked - will submit a support ticket, but any other options? Is this something that is also being planned for Pulse (similar to EC build failures)?
For some dashboards, it looks like Email Report is checked off, but Sam above stated it should be fixed 7.0. We would need to have this feature on.
Thanks!

Same problem in 7.3.0.10434

I'm having the same issue as well with 7.3.010434. Has this issue been resolved? If I remove the two line charts from the dashboard the email will be created without errors.
