Hello. We have many active tickets, and we want to aggregate our tickets from your support system to monitor their statuses and prevent duplication. I assume we can use sisensesupport.zendesk.com API for it.
Could you please create a service user with API access token for us? We can manually add it to our tickets if it's the only way to access these tickets. But some automatization would be nice.
