Facebook Connector from CData

I've followed the instructions in the how-to article (https://support.sisense.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036761994-Connecting-To-Facebook-Using-CData-Connector), including setting up the app and extending the token, but I keep encountering various errors. If I leave InitiateOAuth set to "GETANDREFRESH" as suggested, I'm not able to connect to Facebook, always getting an error about app_secret proof. If I change the setting to "OFF," I can connect to some tables, but I get a "page access token is required" error for insights (and I'm passing the page ID in the AuthenticateAsPage setting. Has anybody gotten this to work successfully?
